No - just get in touch and we'll guide you.

Are you like an ambulance service?

No not at all, if you require an ambulance call 111.

We are simply a transport service with limited medical knowledge.

How much notice do I need to give?

As much as possible, especially for out of town trips.

How much does it cost?

We are funded through xxx, so while a donation would be appreciated there is no charge

I live in Auckland, can I arrange for my elderly parents to be taken to Thames?
